Review: Peter Pan’s Flight

One of Fantasyland’s classic attractions which equals very low tech (someone went crazy with the glow paint though). Take a “magical” journey with Peter Pan in a flying pirate ship. This dark ride suspends you in flight throughout various scenes of the film. From the Darlings’ home to the night view of London and on to Neverland the whole trip lasts a whopping 3 minutes.

Pan

The Low Down:

Opened: October 3, 1971

Location: Fantasyland

Type: Suspensed Dark Ride

Length: 3 Minutes

FastPass: A must. This ride loads notoriously slow and unless you like hearing Peter say “here we goooo!” every 5 seconds for the next hour, go and grab one. There’s nothing to do in the queue other than wait. Yes, you will thank me.

Kid Factor: Fantasyland is little kid ground zone. Prepare for tantrums and crying.

Highlights: The view of “flying” over an illuminated London is spectacular.

Overall: Not worth a long wait, but if you can grab a FastPass then it’s golden.

Final Verdict: 3 out of 5 stars
