Happy HalloWishes Gets a Dessert Party

Well it finally happened. Disney has been adding special dessert parties (IllumiNations, Star Wars Weekends, etc) to the nighttime celebrations for the past couple years. This time it’s Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is getting the honor when the events start kicking off on September 19th.

For $69 per person ($39 per child ages 3 -9), you can have a special viewing location near Main Street’s flag pole for the Boo To You Parade. Followed by a dessert party in the Tomorrowland Terrace for the HalloWishes Nighttime fireworks display.

Specialty treats for the dessert party include cupcakes, chocolate mousse, ice cream, chocolate-dipped strawberries, fresh fruits and cheeses. No alcohol will be provided but the list of beverages feature hot chocolate, sparking cider, lemonade, coffee or tea.

Admission is in addition to the separate Event Party Ticket. Guests will receive a special candy filled skull mug as a souvenir.

Theresa has been a life-long Disney fan since she first visited the Magic Kingdom in 1985 at the age of 3. According to her mother, she squealed with excitement when she saw Winnie the Pooh and Chip n' Dale for the first time. That love for Disney has not waned as she grew up.
