Disney Springs is Adding a Chocolate Shop

The Landing section of Disney Springs is getting a sweet addition set for late 2015. The Ganachery will be Disney owned / operated and include high end chocolate gifts.

Disney is describing this experience as:

“Walt Disney World chefs traveled the world to research and create a custom blend chocolate with the finest beans for the all-new concept that will feature freshly made ganache (gəˈnaSH). Ganache is a luxurious mixture of chocolate and cream, and every chef has their own “perfect” formula for the indulgent sweet.”

The location will feature daily fresh chocolate batches hand-crafted onstage by a chocolatier. Disney is promising to offer custom blended chocolate along with flavors featuring dark (65 percent custom blend), hazelnut and chipotle. The sweet treats will also include chocolate bars inspired by your favorite Disney characters.

The Ganachery will also have luxurious take home gifts in custom packaging.

According to her mother, she squealed with excitement when she saw Winnie the Pooh and Chip n' Dale for the first time. That love for Disney has not waned as she grew up.
