Holiday Offerings at Animal Kingdom

It’s Christmas time, and that means the Merry Menagerie has returned to Animal Kingdom. This is one of my favorite holiday offerings.

Let’s go check it out!

This has to be my favorite Christmas tree out of all the parks.

I love the animals and other hidden gems tucked inside.

It’s Chip and Dale!

So you don’t have to go searching for the Menagerie. They are right in front near the Tree of Life.

The penguin was right there to greet us…

And then the Silver Fox…

The reindeer…

And baby penguins.

Of course, there’s new merch to be had.

We are also here to spend time in Dinoland. This area will be going extinct, and this is probably the last Christmas for most of the land.

Since we are here, it’s a good time to get a photo with the Chipmunk-osauruses.

Chip and Dale are all decked out for the holidays!

There’s still some Dino-Bashing happening…

Hester’s & Chester’s gift shop is decorated for the holidays.

It’s hard to believe that Dino-Rama will be gone soon.

The lonely floatilla.

Now time for a snack at Flame Tree BBQ.

They changed out the onion rings on the BBQ Mac n’ Cheese for French fried onion straws. Total downgrade.

Now, let’s see more the performers and puppets of the Menagerie.

Just enough time to hit the Maharajah Trek.

Hi Sheldon!

And Conrad is looking fierce and gorgeous…

An Okapi… the ghost of the forest.

A spoonbill

They moved the Mickey ears in the bird sanctuary. It used to be underwater.

Gorilla chilling…

The Gorilla Falls

One last look at the Christmas tree

That’s a first look at some of the holiday offerings at Animal Kingdom. We will definitely be back.

Until next time!

Kungaloosh Radio

Theresa has been a life-long Disney fan since she first visited the Magic Kingdom in 1985 at the age of 3. According to her mother, she squealed with excitement when she saw Winnie the Pooh and Chip n' Dale for the first time. That love for Disney has not waned as she grew up. She continues to be fascinated with the history of EPCOT Center and maintains the radio station, Kungaloosh Radio.
