Special Wishes Fireworks Dessert Cruise

Walt Disney World is adding yet another specialty dessert party…this time on water. The FerryTale Wishes: A Fireworks Dessert Cruise will make its debut on October 5th, 2015. The event will allows guests to view the nighttime festivities while aboard one of the ferry boats cruising around the Seven Seas Lagoon. Space will be limited (only 150 guests) and only available on select nights (Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays)

The ferry boat will leave from the Ticket and Transportation ferry dock one hour before the start of Wishes: Nighttime Spectacular. All the festivities including the soundtrack will be broadcasted throughout the boat.

Desserts for the cruise include:

  • The Grand key lime tart
  • Pineapple upside down cake from the chefs at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
  • Spiced flourless chocolate cake from the pastry kitchen at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
  • Main Street Mickey Balloon Tarts
  • Mini “fireworks” cupcakes with a pop
  • Cinderella’s Sugar Slipper with Orange Financier
  • No-sugar-added Florida mango panna cott
  • Fruit and cheese spreads

All guests will receive a souvenir glow glass for their alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

During special events such as Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, guests will see either Happy HalloWishes or Holiday Wishes—Celebrate the Spirit of the Season in lieu of Wishes: Nighttime Spectacular.

Kungaloosh Radio

Theresa has been a life-long Disney fan since she first visited the Magic Kingdom in 1985 at the age of 3. According to her mother, she squealed with excitement when she saw Winnie the Pooh and Chip n' Dale for the first time. That love for Disney has not waned as she grew up.
