It is the first EPCOT festival of the year, and it continues to be one of our favorites. The long-winded 2021 Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Arts takes place with a few changes this year. Like every year, you can marvel at the beautiful art, eat picture-perfect food, and create your own masterpieces  Here’s your guide to what to expect at this year’s colorful fest.

Dates

January 8 – February 22

You can enjoy the 2021 Taste of Epcot International Festival of the Arts with your admission to EPCOT.

Dining Packages

Unfortunately, due to all the COVID restrictions, there will be no dining packages for this year

Entertainment

At the America Gardens Theatre, you can watch the Voices of Liberty perform classics from the Disney Songbook. From “When You Wish Upon a Star” to “Let It Go,” you will enjoy watching these musical artists celebrate the creativity of Disney composers. Mariachi Cobre is also performing and bringing their thrilling performance to the America Gardens Theatre.

Throughout the World Showcase, performers and artists rotate during the festival. You can see feats of strength with Art Defying Gravity, the high-energy Art in Performance features guest artists painting your favorite Disney characters, or listen to pianists playing your favorite tunes.

The popular JAMMitors adds to the festival atmosphere as they perform on the Mill Stage in the Canada Pavilion

There are plenty of other ways to express your artistic style throughout Epcot, including:

A step by step character drawing lesson with a Disney animator at the Animation Academy at the American Gardens

The Expression Station brings back the popular paint-by-numbers art project. All you have to do is grab some paint and add to the masterpiece.

Along the bridge from Future World to World Showcase, you can see the imaginative and creative works of a few chalk artists.

With the help of a stationary bicycle, create your own art by spinning them to life at Spin Art.

Enemy Ink allows you to express your own fashion sense by choosing a design, color, and style as a custom t-shirt is created before your eyes.

Extras

The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine is the perfect way to sample the festival’s best eats. Grab your Festival Passport and use it as a guide to purchasing five specific food items. At the end of your walk, you will receive a complimentary, tasty technicolor treat.

Figment’s Brush with the Masters invites you to hunt for very Figment-y paintings around the World Showcase. You can purchase a map and stickers for $7.99. Once you are finished, you will receive a special prize at World Travelers or Disney Traders.

Theresa has been a life-long Disney fan since she first visited the Magic Kingdom in 1985 at the age of 3. According to her mother, she squealed with excitement when she saw Winnie the Pooh and Chip n' Dale for the first time. That love for Disney has not waned as she grew up. She continues to be fascinated with the history of EPCOT Center and maintains the radio station, Kungaloosh Radio.
